Most problems with Plato can be solved by going to their support site. You will need your support ID number. It is located on a sticker, inside the front cover of your Plato install book. Click on the Knowlege Base link to get technical answers.
UPDATE YOUR PLATO TO 4.3 Be sure to go to the Plato support site and put in a request to update your Plato to version 4.3, or call 800.447.5286. For most of you this should be a free update.
